U.S. carrier T-Mobile has begun rolling out the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update to the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge on Monday, bringing key bug fixes and new features to the devices. The firmware’s release comes about two weeks after a video emerged online, showing an early build of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update running on both the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

The new Lollipop update adds a simplified exposure control system in the camera app, and brings a new wallpaper parallax effect. The user interface has also received some changes, such as the option to remove the S Finder and Quick Connect buttons from the notifications shade, SamMobile reported, adding that the update has also boosted the performance of both the devices.

In addition, the update also features the Guest Mode, which was not included in the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge, Android Central reported. The Guest Mode allows switching to a guest profile, which prevents other users from accessing the primary user’s personal data and settings on the device.
